Not working, cant find help.

Just purchased this app but crashes every time I try to open it. Go to company website there is FAQ but its all for how to use it. Id it does not launch the app there is no use for FAQ.
There is no contact info to get help. If there is then it is so hard to find it.
Anyway, after couple of hours of frustration I gave up.
